TEK – Precision Machining has produced the mechanical working process for several bushings for servo axes with the following production process:

– Deep lathing and drilling with 800 mm length discharge
– Relaxation treatment
– Pre-finish
– bronze coating and subsequent pre-finishing
On each bush then the penetrating liquids, the magnetoscopic and dimensional checks were performed.
