FPT and TEK, two companies that impose themselves in the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Source: Il Sole 24 Ore \u2013 pag.23 \u2013 Wednesday 07\/03\/2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cylinders from 3.000 tons to 700 bar, large propulsion naval shafts, turbine rotors: this and more is the core production of TEK and FPT (Fluid Power Technology), two companies belonging to a single group representing an Italian excellence in the fieldof mechanical machining and of the production of hydraulic equipment for lifting, bolting and tensioning. The top management of the Group has divided the two sectors to be able to express themselves at the highest level both in the field of precision mechanics and in the very high pressure hydraulic equipment, where the technical know-how of the two companies is fundamental for the successes achieved. TEK realizes precision mechanical work for third parties with a production cycle consisting in the transformation of raw materials according to the construction drawings supplied by the customers. Design, assembly and testing of the components are part of the production process that is carried out with the help of a latest generation CNC machine park. Of particular note is the Tacchi lathe equipped with a final milling and grinding unit, with a maximum turning diameter of 1000 mm and a length of 6000 mm, and a 5-axis milling and drilling CNC turning center. The production capacity of FPT for the production of high pressure hydraulic equipment from 700 to 4.000 bar is also of the highest level.
