New plant, new CNC machines to pursue the TEK objectives: productivity, quality and innovation<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

TEK has completed with the 2016 the construction of a new production plant of nearly 1,000 m\u00b2 which together with the existing one are an area of about 3,000 m\u00b2<\/strong> equipped for the production and assembly of TEK and FPT products.<\/p>\n

The new production plant is used for the storage of raw materials, welding and heat treatment. In the main structure it has been installed a new machining center 4-axis Mori Seiki dedicated to milling, while a CNC lathe with bar loader goes to reinforce the existing fleet. The investments have the aim to strengthen and expand the production capacity of TEK and provide greater flexibility in the manufacturing.<\/p>\n

To improve quality standards to the maximum TEK has invested in an area where it is possible to carry on dynamic tests during lifts and to provide practical and specific training to our clients. FPT also has the ability to provide the certificates for NDT (nondestructive testing) because our staff is certified for a second level qualification UNI EN ISO 97\/12. FPT has recently also obtained the OHSAS 18001: 2007 for the management of safety and health at work.<\/p>\n

The R&D, research and development department and the engineering has been strengthened with the inclusion of dedicated persons who are dedicated to the study of new products and the development of special projects requested by customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>
