New CNC lathe in TEK

TEK continues to invest in an internal production totally realized on its own plant to ensure the highest quality for its products and equipment.

We have expanded our fleet with a new CNC lathe TACCHI, leading brand in general mechanical, naval and oil & gas. 4-guideway control lathe with lathe, milling unit and final grinding. The maximum diameter is 1000 mm with a length between the tips of 6000 mm and a maximum working weight between the blades of 20000 kg. Equipped with 4 axes in continuous with the C axis of the spindle.

TEK increases its production capacity for the manufacture of high tonnage cylinders up to 3000 tons at 700 bar pressure. In addition to large propulsion shaft, turbine rotors, servomotor cylinders and many other precision mechanical components.

The new lathe is added to our machine park including a Dmg mori seiki, horizontal milling center with 100-tools and 4-axis, a Mandelli ISO 40 4-Axis Horizontal Milling Center, a Haas vertical milling center 3 axes and about other 10 lathe machines.
